Unlike most Information Technology consulting  organizations where the equity, and the profits, are owned by one, or a few, senior individuals.  Covenant operates as a partnership.

Covenant was founded as a partnership for the following reasons:

Senior Talent— The Covenant business model is dependant on senior architects and project managers.  Hard working senior architects and project managers appreciate the fact that organization ownership is part of their career path.

Relationship with an Owner— All of our clients and all of our team members have a direct relationship with an owner of the company.

Organizational Longevity—The partnership model offers greater organizational stability for clients and team members.  As opposed to privately held corporations where the stability is dependant on the health and welfare of one individual.

Reward Individual contribution—The partnership model enables Covenant to reward individual contribution  much more effectively than a traditional corporate model.
